Jasmine Parsley
is an artist and architect that works at the intersection of culinary, urbanism, and performance focusing on understanding places through their specific and idiosyncratic tastes. The work revolves around untangling complex relationships with plant species, attempting to deconstruct ideologies, hierarchies and specific values that are entrenched in “nature” and looking closely to see what we can learn from the plants growing spontaneously around us.
