BWA Sokołowsko

is an art institution run by Michał Suchora, who co-manages the BWA Warszawa gallery on a daily basis. Located in an apartment in Villa Krokus, it is a place of exhibitions, residencies and rest for artists.

As part of Konteksty, BWA Sokołowsko will present the effects of the residency of Josep Maynou, Àngels Miraldu, and Carola Uehlken, additionally it will host activities by the Konteksty participants. BWA Sokołowsko will also present two projects conceived during Góry Literatury Festival: Jakub Woynarowski’s Wanderers in the Giant Mountains (outdoor exhibition on the facades), and Joanna Concejo’s Guest Room exhibition.
