POKARM Bistro
is an open-air bistro established for the duration of the Congress. POKARM (Polish for “food”), recalls the FOOD restaurant co-founded by the artist Gordon Matta-Clark in New York in 1971, under the care of Pola Sutryk, will be serving breakfast and dinners to the delegates during the Congress.
