Pola Sutryk
is a chef working with foraged food. Through workshops, she shares her knowledge and introduces care for our environment and for others in our food habits.
As part of the Congress, Pola Sutryk will evoke the iconic FOOD restaurant co-founded by artist Gordon Matta-Clark in New York in 1971. The POKARM (eng. food) bistro, which operates under Pola’s direction, will feed delegates during the common breakfasts and dinners.
